Duty of care starts when gymnast is signed in at the door. Gymnasts under 16 MUST be signed out by an adult at the end of a session.

1.Your place is secured for the block with full payment and you will get first priority to re-book for the next session. When rebooking for the next block, payment must be received 5 days before attending classes to secure the place. If you wish to miss a block, you can request to pay £10 to retain your place per block. If you miss a block without a retainer, your space will be offered to the next gymnast on the waiting list. You will then need to join the waiting list again.

2.All gymnasts must enrol annually with Scottish Gymnastics for insurances purposes to participate in classes. 

3.No refunds will be issued if your child is ill. Refunds may be given for other reasons at the clubs discretion.
